For a smooth visit, here’s what to do before, during, and after your session.
Hydrate throughout the day and 1–2 hours prior.
Skip alcohol and recreational substances on session days.
If you’re pregnant, have heart/respiratory conditions, implanted devices, or take photosensitizing meds, consult your clinician first.
First visit: arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and a quick orientation.
Skin prep: clean skin is best. Avoid heavy lotions/oils, and perfumes
Do not use facilities with open wounds or contagious illness

Saunas/Cold Plunge/Contrast: Nude use is permitted. Swimwear and athletic wear are optional. It is best to wear light, breathable clothing to your session to make putting your clothes back on after your session quick and easy.
Halotherapy: Nude use is permitted. Normal lounge attire: unscented products preferred. A light saline taste in the air is normal.
Helpful to bring: refillable water bottle/electrolytes
Please silence your phones and keep voices low so the space stays restorative for everyone.
Many first-timers don’t sweat right away. It could take up 20 minutes initially – totally normal. With consistent use, you’ll sweat more quickly.
Listen to your body—end or pause any time. Tell our team if you feel unwell.

Start easy and build; many guests enjoy 20–35 minutes (advanced up to ~45 within guidelines).
Breathe steadily; sip water as needed. Exit if dizzy or uncomfortable.
Halotherapy may be paired—expect a subtle salt sensation.
Enter slowly; focus on calm nasal inhales and longer exhales.
Typical immersion 3-5 minutes (within posted limits).
Step out if numbness, pain, or uncontrollable shivering occurs.

Expect gentle warmth/bright light; tell us if you’re light-sensitive.
Example cycle: 10–15 min heat → 1–3 min cold → 3–5 min rest.
Repeat 2–3 rounds as desired.
Or 30-minute heat followed by 3-5 min cold, and rest
Finish cold to feel extra refreshed or finish warm for a softer exit.
Cool down gradually; sit, breathe, and let your heart rate normalize.
Rehydrate well; electrolytes are helpful after heat/contrast
Shower 15 to 30minutes after your session.
Pat skin dry after halotherapy.
Light stretching or walking feels great; save intense workouts if you feel fatigued.
