Do I need an appointment?
While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time, walk-ins are always welcome! If you’re in the neighborhood or just finished a workout, feel free to stop by and see what recovery sessions are available.
Do I need to bring my own towels?
No need to pack extra! We provide fresh, complimentary towels and spa towel wraps with every session to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
Are the saunas private?
Yes. At Thrive, your comfort and relaxation are our priorities. Every sauna session takes place in its own private, dedicated room, allowing you to fully unwind and disconnect in total seclusion.
Do you provide showers?
We do not offer showers, and for good reason! To maximize the benefits of your session, we recommend waiting 10–15 minutes before showering. This allows your body to naturally adjust back to its regular temperature and ensures your system continues to release toxins and circulate blood efficiently well after you leave the sauna or plunge.
How do you maintain sauna hygiene?
Hygiene is a cornerstone of the Thrive experience. Not only does the intense heat of our infrared saunas act as a natural disinfectant, but we also implement a rigorous manual cleaning protocol after every appointment. We use medical-grade, non-toxic cleaners to ensure your sanctuary is spotless and safe.

What should I wear?
Your attire depends on the service you are enjoying, but comfort is our priority:
Sauna & Cold Plunge: Since these are water and heat-based services, we recommend swimwear or moisture-wicking athletic shorts. As a community-focused lounge, we do require appropriate coverage in these shared spaces.
Compression Therapy: You will remain fully clothed. Gym shorts, leggings, or joggers work best so the compression sleeves can fit easily over your clothing.
Pro Tip: Since we provide complimentary towels with every session, you don’t need to bring your own! We do recommend bringing a dry change of clothes if you plan on using the sauna or cold plunge.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We love welcoming friends and “accountability partners” to the lounge. Please note that since our services are tailored to the individual, we do charge per person for each session.
How hot are the saunas and how cold are the cold plunges?
Our Infrared Saunas are set to 155°F, allowing for a deep, detoxifying sweat that penetrates the muscles without the harsh, stifling air of a traditional sauna. Our Cold Plunges are maintained between 45°F–50°F, providing the ideal temperature to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and trigger a powerful natural endorphin release.
How long should I spend in the sauna and cold plunge?
Infrared Sauna: We recommend a session of 15–45 minutes. This is enough time for our 155°F infrared heat to penetrate deep into your muscle tissue, trigger a detoxifying sweat, and improve circulation without overtaxing your system.
Cold Plunge: For the best results in our 45°F–50°F water, aim for 3–5 minutes. This duration is the “sweet spot” for reducing inflammation and triggering a significant release of dopamine and endorphins.
Contrast Therapy (The Switch): If you are doing both, we recommend starting with the sauna to warm your core, followed by a brief cold plunge to “reset” your nervous system.
Executive Tip: Always listen to your body! If you are new to bio-hacking, start with shorter durations and gradually work your way up as your tolerance increases. Our staff is always on hand to help you find the perfect timing for your specific recovery goals.
